Bromley - Double room in 2 bed flat share

Hi, my name is Brendan and I am looking for a lodger in my new flat. I recently purchased this flat and have decorated throughout.

I have my spare room with all new furniture including new king size bed and mattress. The room also has a desk for some home working.

I work from home some of the week, I would be willing to consider a lodger who is in a similar working pattern (hyriid working).

My flat is clean and cosy with separate kitchen and lounge. The lounge has two sofa's, dining table and TV for shared use. I recently did a bathroom refit which I think looks super :)

I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger to share my home with. The flat is in a quiet area of Bromley, two flats in the block - Bromley High Street (7 mins walk), Bromley North Station (5 mins walk) and Bromley South Station (15 mins walk).

All bills including council tax, broadband and utilities are included.
