Hello! We’re a friendly couple renting out rooms in our home. At the moment it’s just the two of us and one flatmate, along with our whippet and two ragdoll cats. We both work full time and aren’t around much during the day, although when we do work from home we each have separate offices.

The house has a relaxed, lived-in feel with plenty of space. Our whippet lives downstairs only, and there are two TV and sofa areas that you’re very welcome to use.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the main bathroom is shared between the four bedrooms on the middle floor (2 bedrooms will remain empty), while our bedroom is on the upper floor with its own bathroom.

We’re looking for responsible professionals who are clean, tidy, and respectful of our home and pets. We’d love to live with someone we can occasionally socialise with, and visitors are absolutely welcome as long as the property is treated with care. We are also looking for someone who can look after the pets when we are away for rent reductions. This is on a medium term basis up to 2 years for now and may be extended in the future subject to life changes.

Please note that we can’t accommodate furniture unless it fits within the room, and storage is limited to suitcases, which can be stored in the loft.
