Hello from Matthew, Charlotte, Sandy & Greg! (But you'd be replacing Greg!)

We have a gorgeous double available for long term let from 16 Oct, but this is flexible (move in could be anytime from a week before this to a week after). For those working from home: there is a small desk in the room which you can use if you wish to work from home. We also have a garden office space for those who want something separate, and this would come with an additional cost.

What's included in the bills & rent:

Bills cost per room: £125

We're looking for a friendly, positive housemate to join our warm and welcoming home. The house is shared with us, a lovely whippet dog, and two fluffy cats, so animal lovers are a must!

The house is spacious and sociable, with two separate lounge/TV areas, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, four occupied bedrooms, and one additional spare room. We take pride in creating a home that feels comfortable, relaxed and safe for everyone who lives here. In the days the house in pretty quiet as we’re all working, and the large amount of shared relaxing space means it never feels cramped. Even though we’re live-in landlords, we’re pretty relaxed and don’t have any limitations on what can be used when.

We're hoping to find a responsible professional who is clean, considerate and easy-going. More than simply filling a room, we'd love to find someone who enjoys being part of a home, is happy to chat over a cup of tea or glass of wine from time to time, and values a friendly and respectful living environment. Guests are welcome within reason, and we believe in treating one another with trust and consideration.

Additional furniture can only be accommodated if it fits within the room itself, and loft storage is available for suitcases. We cannot accommodate large furniture items or provide storage within other areas of the house.
