This is a quiet home. Looking for a quiet, respectful, tidy, professional lodger. Large double room with small double bed (120cm wide). £750 pcm including bills (gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax), plus £750 deposit. The room is only suitable for a single person, not a couple. Not suitable for smokers or pets.

Please note, there is no shared living room.

Kitchen and bathroom recently refurbished and in very good condition. Includes an expensive washer/dryer and a dishwasher (both Bosch). The home is maintained at a warm temperature.

Bathroom and WC are shared with one existing lodger (F).
