We have a great spare room available in our shared house, perfect for a clean and reliable working professional.
You’ll be sharing the home with two guys (one of these is the main tenant and your landlord). Since you are renting your room directly from us, your legal status will be a lodger as the main tenant rents the whole property with agreement to sublet the rooms from the main landlord.
Who we’re looking for: Ideally another male, but we are more than happy to welcome a female housemate if you are comfortable living in an all-male household.
Professional only: We are only able to accept applicants who are currently in full-time employment (no benefits, please).
While the current outgoing tenants are taking their pet with them, the lead tenant plans to get a new pet in the near future. You must be someone who is genuinely "pet-friendly" and happy to have a furry companion in the house!
We offer a relaxed, respectful environment where everyone gets along and even go to music events together (dnb/dubstep/rock).
The room comes with it's own built in wardrobes and shelving with some storage boxes however you will need to provide yourself a bed and desk/chair, etc.
Interested? Send us a message with a bit about yourself, what you do for work.
The room is looking to be available from the end of June.
