Friendly couple looking for female flatmate

We’re a couple, both 24, looking for a friendly female flatmate in her 20s, ideally around our age and preferably a working professional, to share our home with us.

We’re looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of shared spaces and considerate when it comes to noise. We both work, with one of us usually working from home around 2 days a week, so we appreciate having a relatively calm and peaceful home during the week.

The atmosphere at home is relaxed and friendly. We don’t really have friends over or throw parties, we don’t smoke and we don’t have any pets.

We’d love to live with someone sociable who is open to chatting, occasionally doing things together and hopefully becoming friends rather than simply sharing the same flat.

We normally do most of the cleaning at the weekend and try to share things between us. We’re quite flexible about it and would much rather all help each other and keep the place clean together than have very strict individual cleaning responsibilities.

We’re happy to occasionally cook, chat or spend time together, but we also respect each other’s privacy and personal space.

Overall, we’re looking for someone respectful, easy-going and friendly who wants the flat to feel like a comfortable home.
