A bright, en-suite double room is available in my home, in a quiet residential area on the Bickley/Chislehurst border.

I live alone and am looking for a lodger to share the house with. The room will come furnished with a wardrobe, desk and chair (to be added in due course), giving you a proper space to work from home if needed - hybrid working is completely fine here.

The house itself is clean and cosy, with a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable shared living space, and a lovely garden.
