Friendly couple looking for a flatmate

We’re a couple, both 24, looking for a friendly flatmate—preferably a working professional—to share our home.

We’re looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and considerate about noise. We both work, with one of us usually working from home around two days a week, so we appreciate having a relatively calm and peaceful home during the week.

The atmosphere at home is relaxed and friendly. We rarely have friends over or throw parties, and we don’t smoke or have any pets.

We’d love to live with someone sociable who is open to chatting, occasionally doing things together, and hopefully becoming friends rather than simply sharing the same hose. At the same time, we respect each other’s privacy and personal space.

We normally do most of the cleaning at the weekend and share the tasks between us. We’re flexible and would much rather everyone help keep the place clean than have strict individual cleaning responsibilities.

The house is within a 10-minute walk of Grove Park station, with trains to Central London every 15 minutes. There are plenty of shops nearby, as well as all the essentials.

Overall, we’re looking for someone respectful, easy-going, and friendly who wants the house to feel like a comfortable home.
