Room to rent in bromley

Room available to rent, currently my daughters room, however when I have her at weekends I stay at my mums, (I have her Saturday to Sunday every other weekend and every Sunday) looking to rent the room out for a few months to help provide some extra funds.
Prefer a female as my daughter may occasionally be here, plus I’d prefer to keep the room pink, although negotiable, big flat screen TV in the bedroom and 75’’ TV in front room with big comfy sofa. I can provide a bed, desk and chair if needed, sofa in bedroom can be removed if larger bed required, but will purchase based on tenants needs. Bedroom looks out into communal garden.
Am open to longer term if it works for me and the lodger. There is an M&S BP 2 mins walk away and Bromley high street is a 10/15 min walk, several trains stations within walking distance, Bromley North / Sundridge Park 10mins walk, Elmstead Woods / Bromley South 15-20 mins walk. I have a garage which can be used for storage. Plus there is parking out back but limited, however a permit for the street parking is very cheap. I’m a member of Nuffield gym and go after work, happy to provide lifts there if times align. Shared bathroom with walk in shower, I mainly shower at the gym. I work from home but do occasionally go into London for meetings, as mentioned above, at the weekends I’m often at my mums with my daughter. All bills included, I have virgin fibre optic with fast speeds. I also have an air con unit in the living room for when the summer gets too hot.
