Nice big room, which will be full furnished by the weekend 31th. I'm getting new carpets next week so need to wait until then!
My preference is to rent one room out, however I could consider doing both for 2 friends. Modern first floor flat. If not i'll use Bedroom 2 as a study etc.
The second rental bedroom is small.
I will furnish anything required! If you need a desk i'll get one, i'm totally flexible.

I have my own, so you will have your own!
Living room:
Nice sofa, 60 inch tv, has a small balcony you can smoke if needed, i dont.
Negatives:
No parking space, I only get 1 sorry.
