Double bedroom in a lovely clean and tidy house, just a short walk to Sundridge Park Station. Use of the main living room which has a sony flatscreen tv/dvd/wireless and nicely decorated, shared bathroom and kitchen - all amenities dishwasher, microwave etc. All bills are included in the price - Council Tax, Electric, Gas, Water and Broadband. Generally a quiet house - I am looking for people who are similar to me - hardworking professionals that like some quiet time, but also the odd sociable chat. I do not accept work from home or people who work nights. References are required, a copy of your passport will need to be taken that states proof of right to rent in the uk and must be provided to say you are allowed to live in the UK, 1 months rent deposit and there is an agreement for both of us to sign. All rooms have a double bed with gas-lift storage, plus at least 2/3 wardrobe space along with chest of drawers. Deposit and rent to be received electronically, so everything is above board and everyone is happy! (n. b. If you are currently serving notice on your current accomadation then the deposit will be 1 months rent payable immediately and will act as a holding deposit).
