Hi I have a very large double room with lots of storage space to let available from 1st March.

The room has 1 wall that has a triple built in wardrobe, with lots of shelves, drawes and hanging space, a kingsize bed,
A dressing table & a bookcase, & tv stand.

The bathroom has a power shower.

You can use your own bedding and towels or we can supply them for you, at no extra cost.

The kitchen comes complete with microwave, elec oven with gas hob, washing machine, dish washer & own cupboard/fridge & freezer space.

There is a large garden used mainly in the better weather, & off street parking.

There is unlimited wifi.

Rent is £550 pcm in advanced plus £300 deposit.
We may be able to reduce the rent slightly for help with housework & gardening.

There is extra storage space in the loft.

You must like animals as we have 1 dog & 3 cats, all of which are friendly.

We live in a 3 bed house only myself & my boyfriend,
Both in our early 40’s but young at heart.
and 1 other person, (female).

I don’t go out to work so am not rushing for the bathroom in the mornings lol.

We enjoy socialising & are happy for you to spend some time with us in the living room & maybe even join us for a night out if you would like to, but also like some time to call our own.

We are 7-8 min walk from both Bromley South zone 5 & Shortlands station which is in zone 4 with Bromley North station only a 15 min walk away, also in zone 4.
Less than 30mins to Victoria.
Only 10 min walk to Bromley town centre.
Nearest buststop is only a 3 min walk away.
