The location has the benefits of being quiet and peaceful but close to all necessary amenities.

Five minutes walk to parade of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Short bus ride to Bromley, Catford or Lewisham Town centre.

Only a few seconds walk to the park. Through the park is a leisure centre with library and swimming pools and doctors surgeries and clinic.

Very near to stops for various bus routes. 20 minutes to London Bridge from Grove Park national rail.

The rooms are fully furnished with single or double bed, double wardrobe with shelves, desk and office chair. The room has all bed linen (2 sets). Everything is ready to move in.

I am looking for house sharers who should be respectable, clean and considerate. Working people or students are welcome.
