Small Box Room

Great little box room, very cosy! Would suit someone who just needs a place on weekdays (or part time) due to the size of the room. Or someone who needs very little room.
The room comes with a standard single bed, brand new mattress, shelving storage and Tv. Small wardrobe space available on landing so would probably suit a male better, for that reason.

We are a mature, respectful house, clean and tidy, so we would like a suitable, quiet, tidy person who enjoys a quiet and private environment

Fully equipped kitchen dining room and utilities, shared bath room. House is cleaned daily.
No shared living room I'm afraid

We do have dogs in the house, kept downstairs, so a dog lover, please!

Non-smoker essential
Location is 2 minutes' walk to the bus garage. 10/15 mins to either Bromley or Orpington stations, which go directly to london
