Hi my town house is a new build so everything inside is new and freshly furnished. The rooms are large and the ceilings high which gives the whole house a beautiful, spacious feel. The rented room is on the top floor offering additional privacy and includes a private bathroom with bath to yourself. There is also the luxury of having a garden and patio. We have a British Shorthair (inside cat), shy and trained.

It is a 2minute walk to the bus stop and 10 min bus ride to Romford Station, Chadwell Heath station and Newbury Park Station (Central line) . This means travel into Central London takes around 40minutes.

The local area is also very appealing as it has shops, a gym and amenities nearby, with country parks within walking distance. It is a quiet area off the main road and also has free off road parking spaces should you own a car.
