The location is superb. The nearest train station is Goodmayes (Zone 4) and is only 25 mins away from London Liverpool St Station or 15 mins to Stratford International.

The local area offers a 24hr Tesco Extra & Costa coffee directly opposite the flat as well as several restaurants such as Nando’s, Harvester, a 24hr gym, a park with tennis & basketball courts and play area all within short walking distance from the flat. The 86 bus is readily accessible for convenient access towards Romford or Ilford.

The flat itself is in good condition, and very clean throughout. Currently the room contains a double bed with freshly washed bedding, desk, chair & several fitted wardrobes.
