20 mins to London by train,quiet house

Double room, fully furnished available in a lovely fully furnished house.

Within 3 minutes walk from Chelsfield station which is a 20 minutes fast line to London Bridge, Charing cross and Cannon Street.
Would prefer a non smoking professional (although shift work or part time students are welcome too)
I have off street parking and a garage. There is a living room/kitchen diner and garden, so plenty of space.
(I have in the last few months upgraded bedroom furniture in the bedroom to white! but due to current lodgers work commitments not been convenient to get photos but will update asap)
I am a live in landlord, professional who works. Im very laid back, and not much phases me! I like a good glass of vino and work to live not live to work!
The room would suit a similar commuting professional or even a nurse/doctor for the local A&E hospital in Farnborough.
Someone laid back yet tidy, easy going, enjoys socialising and someone who is looking for a good convenient location to bus, train, shops and the M25.
All amenities are available - wireless, dishwasher, washing maching, fridge freezer, electric shower, garage for storage, plus I have a cleaner.
There are animals in the house, so must be non allergic and happy with this.
