Lovely house Chessington from 01/1/ 2025

Hello,

I am looking for someone to let my small double bedroom and to share my house. It’s quiet (but really close to transport links) and has a lovely shaded garden. Rather than give you a long rambling paragraph I have decided just to do pros and cons. If you like the sound of the room please drop me a message.

Pros:

The room has a 32” TV so you can watch Netflix, Amazon prime etc.

Very comfy double bed.

Quiet location but close to railway station and two bus stops.

The house has been modernised to a high spec.

A cleaning lady is included in the price of the room (she will change your bed as well if you want).I used to find the biggest cause of arguments in house shares is cleaning duties so best it’s removed from the equation:)

I am a nurse so you know I am not dodgy and have a current DBS. I work shifts so you will have the place to yourself quite a lot.

Virgin TIVO is included with the price of the room. It shows all the channels and you can record your favourite shows on it.

If you like pets I have a completely mad cat who will be very friendly once you get to know each other..

Broadband, Netflix’s, Now TV, water, gas, BBC TV licence, electricity, council tax and cable tv included in the rent.

Yea, coffee, milk, squash, bin bags, washing liquid, conditioner, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets are included in the rent,

The living room is lovely and you’re more than welcome to use it.

A gardener keeps the garden tidy and although it’s small it’s a lovely place to sit in good weather.

I don’t mind people staying just give me a heads up and not every night.

The room is not expensive, I just want someone who is trust worthy and willing to feed the cat when I am away. That’s more important than making money from the room.

On road parking available.

The room will be painted sky blue and white and has new furniture before you move in.

Cons:

I smoke but only outside.

The room is not huge but it’s just been painted and all the furniture is new.
