Small room in quiet area and quiet house

Small bedroom in a quiet, relaxed house in a cosy green area. Less than a 20 minute walk to Chessington North station which has direct trains to Waterloo, and Kingston is a short bus ride away.
I work shifts as a paramedic, so a lodger would need to be considerate to any early morning starts I have, but other than that I would want them to feel relaxed and comfortable in the home. A tenant can make use of the kitchen, both bathrooms, garden, dining area and living room.


There is a dog in the house (a spaniel) who belongs to the other lodger. Very friendly and a quiet, calm dog.
All bills are included, including WiFi. A cleaner comes every fortnight too. 7 night contract is £600 pcm, happy to discuss other contracts for fewer days per week if needed.

The bedroom consists of an IKEA single bed, John Lewis mattress, IKEA wardrobe and IKEA chest of drawers.
There is unrestricted parking on the road and neighbouring roads. It is limited but adjoining roads will have spaces.

References are required, I am flexible with the move-in date.
