Part-time or short-term contract only

I have a small bedroom in my quiet, relaxed house in a lovely green area right by the park. Less than a 20 minute walk to Chessington North station which has direct trains to Waterloo, and Kingston is a short bus ride away.
I am open only to short-term rentals or flexible longer term rentals of around 5 nights per week. The £100/month is for staying 1 night per week. Happy to discuss other contracts.

There is a dog in the house (a spaniel) who belongs to the other lodger. The dog is well trained, settled and very quiet too. They are out of the house for most of the day. I am also often out of the house for 14+ hours at a time due to work.
All bills are included, including WiFi. A cleaner comes every fortnight too. More than happy to discuss flexible contracts. Please let me know exactly what are you looking for.

The bedroom consists of an IKEA single bed, John Lewis mattress, IKEA wardrobe and IKEA chest of drawers.
There is unrestricted parking on the road and neighbouring roads. It is limited but adjoining roads will have spaces.

References are required, and I am flexible with the move-in date.
