Double room in quiet area

The property is located less than a 20 minute walk to Chessington North train station with direct trains to Waterloo. The 71 bus goes straight to Kingston Town Centre. Tolworth hospital is nearby, as well as stations for ambulance, police, and the fire brigade.

I work shifts as a paramedic, so I am often out of the house. I would want you to feel relaxed and comfortable in the home, you can of course make use of the kitchen, both bathrooms, dining area, office area, living room and garden.

All bills are included, including council tax and WiFi. I also pay for a cleaner to come every fortnight, and she can clean your room for you too.

The bedroom consists of an IKEA bed frame, John Lewis mattress and IKEA wardrobe. There is built in shelving behind the door too. You are welcome to adapt and change the room to your preference.

The kitchen is fully equipped, there is an oven, microwave, induction hob and air fryer. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.

There is unrestricted parking on the road, you don’t need a permit or to pay.

I have no pets but I would be open to discussion if you do have one.

I am very flexible with the move-in date. I am also open to discussing contracts of various days per week. I am in no rush to find someone so willing to wait for the right person. I have a strong preference for those who will be out of the house for most of the day, either at work or studying.
