Double room in Chislehurst

I am looking to rent out my spare double room (furnished). The property is a 1930s, 3 bedroom end of terrace house, there is a secure /private garden. There is no drive way but you can park on the road.
There is a park at the end of the road and some nice walks. The property is a few minutes walk from Chislehurst high street and approximately 20 minutes walk to Elmstead woods train station.

About me, I work in finance in the city, I work in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week. My party days are behind me, but I still like to be social and have a drink now and then. I enjoy going to the gym, travel and seeing friends and family, and I love animals. I have a small black dog who is very friendly and loves new people ( so you must like dogs!) . He usually goes to doggy day care the days I work in the office,

*please note I am looking to have the kitchen knocked through to the dinning room and am waiting on a quote / availability from the builder. There will be some disruption over that month if it does happen, so the rent would be half price over that month. But on a positive there would be a lovely new kitchen / dinning room :-).
