Hi

I am looking to rent out 2 x double rooms (furnished). The property is a 2 bed Victoria cottage with a secure /private garden. There is no drive way but you can park on the street ( parking is not the best but there will be always be a space somewhere.)

There is a park at the end of the road and some nice walks. The property is a few minutes walk from Chislehurst high street and approximately 20 minutes walk to Elmstead woods train station.

I don’t live in the property but I’m not to far away. I am looking to put the property up for sale early next year and hoping to sell around August time ( but we shall see how that goes!) So there may be some viewings next year for the sale.

Looking to rent the 2 x double rooms at £750 each ( includes bills) or £1500 to a couple ( including bills) and no one else would be staying there.

There are tenants currently in the property who will be moving out 30th September, so the properly will be available from the 3rd October. Currently furnished with their furniture but I will be furnishing.
