Available 1 April 2026 The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and two bedside lamps, a table and chair. There is a shared shower on the first floor, and shared use of the kitchen and laundry facilities and a shared shower room on the ground floor.
There is an outdoor communal area with a garden table and chairs.

All utilities, council tax, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

Please note this is for single adult (FEMALE) occupancy. No overnight guests are allowed. No home workers and definitely no smokers.

We are a 36 minute drive from Canary Wharf.

There is a bus stop positioned at the end of the road which has 4 services;
Bus service 273 towards Petts Wood, with stops for Lewisham , Hither Green , Lee , St Mary Cray and Petts Wood railway stations.
Service I61 towards North Greenwich with stops for Mottingham, Woolwich Arsenal, Woolwich and North Greenage railway stations.
Service 638 runs from Addington Road/Glebe Way to Kemnal Technology College has stops for Hayes, Bromley South and Grove Park railway stations.
Elmstead Woods railway station is a 15-20 minute walk from the house.
There is also a night service N136 from Oxford Circus Station to Chislehurst War Memorial which stops at Oakdene Avenue

Chislehurst is a beautiful green town with a number of woodlands, Elmstead Woods being the closest (a 10 minute walk away) and a recreational park located at the end of the road. Both the Woods and the park are accessible via a safe pedestrian footpath. Chislehurst also has an array of restaurants in the High Street if cooking isn't your thing. There is also a host of unique boutique shops and cafes, a late night beauty salon, CO-OP and Sainsburys. All facilities are a fifteen minute walk away.
