Garden with sheltered pergola: rose garden, fruit and veg plot, lawn (newly done), two patio areas, plenty of pots to grow your own.
Gym: bench press, lat pull down, treadmill, free weights - dumbbells, kettle bells, skipping ropes, punch bag/gloves, resistance bands etc

Chislehurst is a beautiful village, great places to eat / drink, country walks and historic sites nearby.
London Bridge takes is 17 mins from nearest station, Charing Cross is 25 mins, trains come 2-3 times an hour.
