I've slowly renovated my house over the last few years.
You will have shared use of a reception room which is a dining/living room.
Your single bedroom is freshly decorated and has a pocket sprung/memory foam mattress (standard single 190x90cms) with new cotton bedclothes/pillows. Clothes airer and spare set of bedclothes.
The bathroom is quite new with a good shower. The loo is separate to the bathroom for greater convenience.
500Mbps fibre broadband Wifi.
Free street parking.
Bills included: Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water, Internet
I have a nice cosy garden.
Kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine and large Fridge/Freezer.
Chislehurst High Street is a five minute walk away with its Sainsbury's and cafes.
Obviously if something needs to be fixed I'm right there.
Close to Chislehurst Common for lovely walks.
New Eltham, Chislehurst & Elmstead Woods stations 25 mins walk.
The house will only be tenanted by you, me and one other lodger. The household won't grow beyond this size.
I'm a friendly and open person who loves to communicate but am equally happy to allow people their own space. This house is my sanctuary and it could be yours too.
My other lodger is a 36 year old woman who works in theatre and fashion. She's friendly and enjoys a peaceful home.
