Hi everyone! I am looking for a clean, respectful, and tidy flatmate to share our spacious 2-story, 4-bedroom house in Chislehurst (BR7). Thanks to the unique layout of the property, you will have plenty of privacy and feel as if you are living in your own independent flat.
House Layout & Your Private Space:
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets in total. The living spaces are fully separated by floors to ensure maximum privacy:
Your Floor (1st Floor / Ground Floor): You will have the entire first floor to yourself. This space includes:
A large double bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom and toilet.
A huge, private living room just for you, equipped with a TV and directly overlooking the garden.
My Floor (2nd Floor): I live on the top floor (2nd floor) and have my own private bathroom and toilet. Therefore, our personal living spaces are completely independent.
Shared Areas: We will only share the entrance hallway, the kitchen, and the large garden which is directly accessed through the kitchen.

We are looking for someone who values their own space, privacy, and quiet time, while also enjoying the garden and maintaining respectful, friendly communication. Since we live on separate floors, we can easily enjoy our own routines without getting in each other's way.
📌 Details:
Rent: £1,350 per month.
Bills: Shared (Electricity, water, gas, council tax, and broadband). The estimated cost per person is between £150 and £250 per month.
Deposit: £1,350 (One month's rent).
Location: Chislehurst, BR7 (Great transport links to Central London via Chislehurst / Elmstead Woods stations).
