THE ROOM
The room is bright with two large windows and includes:
• Double bed with 4 drawers for storage
• Bedside table
• Tall drawers and clothes rail
• Mini fridge
• Space to bring own furniture.

You’ll also have your own kitchen cupboard and room in the fridge freezer and
Beldray’s drying pod for drying clothes.
There’s additional storage space if needed. The place has high ceilings and lots of natural light and there’s an electric shower over the bath.
As it’s on the high street, there is traffic noise. If you prefer, there is a spare bedroom upstairs is on the other side which is quieter and away from the traffic..

SHARED HOME
I’m not the landlord, I have the tenancy and I’m looking for someone else to share with who values a clean and tidy home, a dog lover and is happy to share responsibility for communal areas.
As a very special dog who loves attention also lives here, being comfortable around dogs is important. 🐾
