I’m a live-in homeowner/landlord with a lovely fully furnished double bedroom with built in mirrored sliding doors wardrobe (plenty of storage space inside), a chest of drawers, bed side table with drawers and underbed storage, located within a complex of flats and houses that were first built in 2016.

You would have your own bathroom (shower over bath tub) and would be sharing with me an open plan kitchen/fully furnished living room area and a private balcony with seats and table for relaxing.

I also have a flexible dining table that can be put away in the corner or folded out – a great solution for working from home.

The complex has many communal landscaped gardens, a woodland trail and a pond. Beyond the complex are several green spaces to explore including Trent Park, Oakwood Park and Oak Hill Park to name a few.

The closest tube stations to my flat are Cockfosters and Oakwood (both Piccadilly line) both about a 15min walk or short bus ride away. You can also get a bus to Southgate tube station (Piccadilly line).

Cockfosters has a great selection of shops, restaurants and cafes.

For those that have a car I also have a parking space in a private basement car park which you can use at an additional cost per month.

If you have a bike, there is a free bike storage area within the private basement car park.
