Big, Bright Double Room in Cockfosters

A spacious double room is available in my comfortable house in Cockfosters. A few minutes walk to the tube station (Piccadilly line) - 30 minutes journey time to King's Cross.

The room is light and bright, overlooking the garden. It has a double bed, quadruple fitted wardrobes, dressing table/desk and chair, mirror, bedside cabinet, lamps and window blinds. You would have your own bathroom.

Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher.

Shared living and dining rooms.

Downstairs guest toilet.

Beautiful garden

Vibrant local area, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, hairdressers, post office, gym.

Excellent transport links, both tube and buses.

All bills included.

This is a calm, quiet household and would suit a professional, academic, or postgrad. Naturally I expect my housemate to be clean, tidy and respectful, preferably with some life experience in different environments. A sense of humour would be a bonus! I am a mature, sociable woman and pretty self-contained. I'm aware that we need our own private space and have our own lives, friends and interests. But I am up for joint takeaways occasionally, or a theatre or film outing.

It would help if you are a dog lover! My small, friendly, non-shedding dog would not invade your space (unless you wanted her to) She is a vital part of the household and very cute. We regularly walk in the local parks.

Please note that this room is for one person only, and not suitable for overnight visitors.
