Hello! I have a lovely large fully furnished double room available from January 2026 in a quiet and comfortable home – perfect for someone who appreciates a peaceful environment (and doesn’t mind a cat or two keeping an eye on things!).

Comes with a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe

Plenty of room to make it your own!

Clean, calm, and well-kept

You’ll have access to the kitchen, main bathroom, and a downstairs toilet

Living room not included (it’s my cat's private lounge... they’re very territorial 😉)

😴 About Me
I’m an early riser due to work, so I’m usually in bed by 10pm – I’m looking for someone who enjoys a quiet atmosphere and will help keep the home peaceful.

🚗 Transport & Parking

Lots of parking space!

Best suited for someone who drives, as the nearest station isn’t walkable although there are good bus links a short walk away.

You can easily drive to Hainault station for Tube access or Romford for Elizabeth Line.

🐱 Other Lodgers

Two charming cats – rent includes cuddles if you’re lucky!

So, you'll need to be okay with furry friends.

❌ Not suitable for couples – just one lodger, please!
