We have 2 rooms available in a large house with good sized rear garden and parking available too. One single room, and one double room. Both rooms are neutrally decorated and furnished. The single room has a twin size bed, wardrobe, storage chest and TV cabinet; double room has a double bed, and built-in storage cupboard. The ground floor of the house is open plan with large living room, fitted kitchen and conservatory and also offers a separate Laundry Room housing washing machine and dryer. The house has a fitted bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, hand basin and wc on the first floor plus ground floor cloakroom. You can connect to the internet via the Wireless Broadband throughout the house; we also have Virgin TV in the Living Room. The rear garden has a paved sitting area and lawn with pond.

Situated within walking distance of Barking College; 10 minutes walk from Dagenham East tube station, and 2 minutes from Eastbrookend Country Park and nature reserve. The area is on bus routes to Barking, Dagenham and Romford, with easy access into Central London, Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street.

Single Room @ £100 per week inclusive of council tax, utility bills and wireless broadband connection.

Double Room @ £115 per week inclusive of council tax, utility bills and wireless broadband connection.

£400 Holding Deposit + 4 weeks rent payable in advance.
