Welcome to our family home. We have a bright and spacious single room available in a friendly, peaceful, and welcoming household, ideal for a professional or student looking for a comfortable home. It's around 6 minutes by car to Dagenham Heathway and Dagenham East stations, with a 24-hour McDonald's, Shell petrol station, and Asda nearby. The room includes a comfortable single bed, wall-mounted shelves, and a spacious wardrobe. A study table and chair can be provided if required. You'll have access to a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, with everything you need, including microwave, gas cooker and oven, air fryer, juicer, hand blender, toaster, electric can opener, electric kettle and more, plus washing machine, dryer, and a lovely garden with swing chairs and artificial turf. The living room features a 65-inch 4K Sony TV with Bose home theatre sound system. There are currently two female students living in the house. We enjoy a friendly and respectful environment. I'm a professional photographer working from home, and we're looking for someone respectful, tidy, clean and considerate. Bills, Wi-Fi, and council tax are included.
