Two storey house with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a garden. One cat (Luna) who is an outdoor cat but sleeps indoors.

Ideally a responsible, tidy, honest flatmate who is respectful of the shared space. Quiet, family neighbourhood so preferably not too loud (parties, music etc) in the evening.

Bus stop about a 5 minute walk away. ~8 minute drive to Uxbridge tube station (Metropolitan/Piccadilly line), and similar to Denham station (Chiltern Rail). Shopping centre/supermarkets about a 10 minute bus journey away. Near the A40 and M40 if driving, and ~25 minutes from Heathrow airport.

I travel quite often so there will be spans of time where I will be away, but generally I am either at home during the day, or out for small stretches and back in the evening. Happy to socialise in the evenings, have meals together etc, but also happy for everyone to have their own space.
