Double room includes two chest of drawers plus wardrobe space for plenty of storage. Bedside table and lamp. Soft woollen carpet makes for a cosy room in the winter and brand new IKEA blinds to block morning sun. Lighting features include overhead lights, above bed lights, and wardrobe light. Bed frame and mattress not yet purchased - if you have your own, let me know but I can provide.

Shared areas of the house include clean tiled bathroom with bath, shower, storage, and mirror that connects to Bluetooth for music in the shower!

Living room, dining room, and kitchen - with plenty of storage for your cutlery and crockery (if you’re bringing). Fridge freezer with back door to patio garden.

7 minute walk to New Barnet station, 2 minute walk to stops with buses to Woodside Park, Cockfosters, Oakwood. Close to Northern Line, Piccadilly Line, and trains to Finsbury Park, Kings Cross and Moorgate.

Current housemate is me! Live-in-landlady, working in the office ~2 days a week, WFH 3 days a week. Interested in health and fitness, park walks, iced coffees, and spending time with family and friends in my local area.

Ideal candidate works in the office throughout the week and needs a cosy, homely place to spend evenings in Greater London close to transport links. Qualities must include clean, quiet and considerate.
