Quiet Spacious room in East Barnet

I have a spare room to rent, living with myself and my adult daughter (who is 21). The room is spacious, quiet (at the back of the house, which is on a quiet street with trees and green space in front). There is a spacious, modern and well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom with both a bath and a shower. It is a double room but I would prefer one female lodger. We are a 15 minute walk from Southgate on the Picadilly line, same distane to Oakleigh Park on the Great Northern line to Moorgate and a direct bus (184) to Barnet General Hospital. I pay Council tax and all bills (wifi, electric, gas and water). The house is centrally heated and there is a nice garden. Of course, we have a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as things like an airfryer.
