I’m a live-in landlord offering a fully furnished room in my home to a professional or student female housemate. Double occupancy available at a slightly different cost.

I’m friendly and welcoming, and I work in the NHS at Charing Cross Hospital. A cleaner comes once a week to clean the communal areas. This is my first home, recently bought, and for long-term tenants I’d love it to feel like home — I’d even be happy to change the room colour for the right tenant and re arrange the furniture as per their needs. There are plenty of wardrobes and chest of drawers available if one needs more storage.

• Non-smoker and No drinking in communal areas
• Prefer non pork eaters

• Wi-Fi included

Lease:
• Short-term stays considered (up to 6 months) prices may vary for that.

Deposit & Payments:
• 5 weeks’ deposit
• 1 month’s rent in advance + current month’s rent on move-in
• Final month’s rent adjusted, deposit returned at end of tenancy (subject to terms)

Considered case-by-case (I have allergies, so details must be shared in advance)
