We are 2 professional females & we have a Spacious Double Room available to rent in our clean, friendly & quiet house for *ONE FEMALE*. The room’s furnished with built-in wardrobes, mirrored dressing table, double sized bed with mattress, desk lamp, electric blinds, shoe rack, clothes rack & a portable heater.

We’re looking for a kind & responsible female to rent & join our home. Who’s clean, tidy, reliable, quiet, respectful & trustworthy. Our property is suitable for either a student or professional let. We kindly request you provide references from your employer & a previous landlord.

Ideally, someone who travels into work, rather than working from home.

We require proof of ID: passport or driving licence, 3 months most recent payslips/bank statements & a reference from your previous landlord. We’d also like to meet face to face & answer any questions with our tenant, before joining us.

Rent payment, will be £850 pcm & we require 1 months deposit (£850). If you’re a student, please provide a copy of your student ID card & a letter from your university, stating details & length of course.

• The house is a 6-7 minute walk to Queensbury Underground St (Zone 4 Jubilee line)
• Located 2 mins away from Mollison Way Parade & you can find: grocery shops, Tescos, GP surgery, restaurants & more. There are 2 bus stops located on the parade (114 towards Harrow & Mill Hill) great location, for all your needs.
