We are offering a comfortable single room to rent in a friendly house shared with two other people. The room is fully furnished and includes a TV for your own private use.

You will have full access to the garden to use relax and invite your friends and social.

Looking for a long-term let of minimum 3 months but less can be negotiated with the possibility of being extended further if you are happy.

🧹Cleaning service included regularly for communal areas, less cleaning for you.
📄 ID, and standard references will be checked - this is just a formality. To protect you and us.
We prefer if you didn't study or work from home but if you need to during the course of your stay we understand things can change so no problems there with us.

Matt and I are friendly, welcoming people who enjoy creating a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Over the years we've welcomed several housemates into our home, and many have become like part of the family. We're approachable and easy to get along with—we'll always respect your privacy and won't be intrusive, but we're equally happy to have a chat if you'd like some company.
