A beautiful, newly renovated bedroom with a classic, elegant design is available for single occupancy, with all household bills included in the rent. As we currently have a predominantly female household, a female tenant would be preferred.

We are a friendly, relaxed and easy-going household looking for a professional or student who would like to make this their home for the longer term, ideally for 6 months or more. We warmly welcome students and have had several long-term student tenants over the years, with whom we have built some lovely and lasting friendships. We are also registered as an approved tenancy with nearby Middlesex University.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, each with two storage drawers, and a built-in wardrobe providing hanging space and additional storage. The room has a lovely outlook over our back garden and the peaceful park beside the house. The park has an outdoor gym, a large nature pond, waterfall and stream, and there are also beautiful woodland areas nearby for walking and enjoying nature.

The house itself has also been newly renovated. Close to the bedroom is a modern shared shower room with a toilet, while upstairs there is a stylish main bathroom with a bath. There are also a spacious shared living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen with two fridges for additional food storage, cooker and oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, we have a good-sized wide garden with a patio, decking and outdoor seating, providing plenty of space to relax during the warmer months. There is also a spacious outbuilding that can be used for additional storage, including secure space for a bicycle if required. Free on-street parking is available outside the house.

Everyday amenities are conveniently located within around a 10-minute walk, including Tesco Express, a pharmacy, Post Office, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, Chinese and Turkish takeaways, launderette, beauty salon, kosher food shop and café, off-licence and other local supermarkets and shops.

The house also benefits from excellent transport connections. A bus stop is only around two minutes' walk away, with services providing easy access across London and into Hertfordshire.

Edgware town centre and Edgware Northern line Underground station are around a 20-minute walk away, or a short journey by bus or car. Mill Hill Broadway is a similar distance and offers a good selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as fast Thameslink train services into central London, including St Pancras and Farringdon in around 20 minutes, with direct connections towards South London and north towards Luton Airport.

For drivers, the house is also conveniently located within a short drive of both the M1 and M25, making it very well connected for travel in and around London and beyond.
