Mon-Fri Room to Rent in Quiet House

Hi,

We’ve been living in the house for around 8 years, and have room in the second bedroom for someone to lodge on a Mon - Fri basis.

Our house has a shoes off indoors policy, we have a single bedroom available with access to kitchen, dining room and living room, the garden, and bathroom. The house is less busy than what you might think.

Location is around 5-10mins walk from Enfield Town Station, which has trains going to Seven Sisters (Victoria line) in around 11mins and Liverpool Street (direct) in around 30mins. There is unrestricted parking on the road, and surrounding roads.

We are both professionals and have early starts so tend not to do much entertaining during the week, we also both prefer evenings in than partying out. We're both happy to leave you to do your own thing, or have a chat and socialise. We also have a medium/small dog, she rarely barks and doesn't shed fur (she's a Hypoallergenic breed, so no dog smells/hair).

We’re looking for a clean, fairly neat and considerate tenant that is after a room in London due to work.
