Location: The house is located in a quiet residential area, only 7 min walking distance from Bush Hill Park train station which directly go to Liverpool Street Train Station within 30 min. The train is very reliable—once every 15 min in peak time and once every 30 min in off-peak. The house is also 2-3 min away from the multiple bus stations that link to either Enfield Town (3-5 min on the bus) or Central London. It’s also 2 minutes away from A10. There are convenient shops around the corner. Morrison is 10 min walking distance as well as a big cinema and 2 gyms. Sainsbury and Tesco is approx 15 min walking distance. A large shopping mall in Enfield Town has a wide range of shops varying from 99p shop to department store.

There is a shared living room with books and some exercise facilities.

A double room is available since my current lodger who has stayed for 11+ years will move back to his hometown outside of London. It is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and bedside-table and facing garden. The bills includes internet, water, council tax, Gas and electricity. The length of the rent may be able to be flexible.
