Hi my names sanjay, I am a live in landlord offering a superb double room for let.

The property is very spacious and has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice back garden with patio, perfect for summer barbies.

Facilities offered are, wifi internet, sky tv(including sports and movies), washing machine and dishwasher. I also have a cleaner who turns up every other saturday.

The house is located within 15 minutes walk of enfield lock station and a bus stop serving enfield lock (5mins) is a few minutes from the house. From Enfield Lock, the city of london is accesable in 25 mins Canary Wharf and the West End in 35 mins.

The Lea Valley Country park is just over a bridge at the end of the street. Access to the countryside is seconds away, perfect for cycling enthusiasts.

Im looking for a fellow professional who is clean and tidy (but not obsessive!) and easy to get on with.

Please note that I do not want more than one lodger meaning for £400 pm you will benefit from sole access to the second bathroom.
