You get access to the shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, dining, garden (but not the living room).

Washing machine use is not included in this listing, however, tenants will be allowed washing once to twice a month where necessary. There's a laundrette close by for regular washing and drying.

Tenants are responsible for cleaning after themselves as soon as using shared spaces, especially bathroom and kitchen in respect of other guests. Tenants will also be required to clean and mop the bathroom and kitchen once every 2 weeks.

There’s a £50 charge for lost house keys as they are security keys.
