Private furnished double bedroom with double bed in a shared home. Advertised rent is for 1 guest. Total rent for 2 guests is £1100 negotiable.

You get access to the shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, dining, garden but not the living room. Washing machine is not included in this listing, however, guests will be allowed washing once a month. Guests are responsible for cleaning after themselves as soon as using shared spaces, especially bathroom and kitchen in respect of other guests (we do not charge for cleaning after guests). Guest must clean and mop bathroom and kitchen once a week.

There’s also a £50 charge for lost house keys as they are security keys and a minimum number have to be ordered.
