We have a large bedroom available from 1st Oct 2026. Includes double bed & mattress, built-in wardrobes, TV, desk & wooden shutters.

The house is conveniently located in between both Southbury and Enfield Town station on the London Overground and the bus stop is a 1 minute walk away. The Overground (Weaver Line) takes you to the city in 30 mins (London Liverpool Street). Both stations are a 10-15 min walk or 3 bus stops away. Nearest underground station is Oakwood on the Piccadilly line which is a 20 minute bus ride away.

Nearest supermarkets: Morrisons, Tesco (both 10 min walk). Sainsbury's (15 minute walk)

Free on street parking available & superfast WiFi throughout.

Bathroom: will be used by mainly you, and house guests only. We have our own bathroom upstairs in the loft.

Living/Dining room: Large sofa, table and chairs, Daikin a/c unit

Kitchen: We have a beautifully presented kitchen with a kitchen island, breakfast bar & stools, high-end kitchen amenities: LG washing machine & dryer, Neff dishwasher, SMEG appliances, American style fridge-freezer and 5 burner gas hob.

Garden: Beautiful tropical garden with palm trees, eucalyptus tree, banana trees and bamboo bushes. Garden overlooks Bush Hill Park and gets plenty of sunshine.

We also have 2 kittens.

Ideally we are looking for a professional who is clean, as our house is kept nice and tidy. Smoking is ok but not inside the house.
