We have double room available for single or double occupancy. The house is situated on A10, 5 minutes walk from Bush Hill Park. Bus stop in front of the house ( buses going to Enfield town and Turnpike Lane ). All roads around are free for parking. Easy access to M25. In close distance we have several retail parks with many big shops. Enfield town shopping centre is 10 minutes away with plenty of retailers and restaurants.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 living room , 1 kitchen and garden.
We are 3 house mates working full time and we also have a cat
The price is £850 per month for single occupancy and includes all bills ( gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet). We will consider couples as well.
