I live on my own in Enfield, I rent a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home.

I have two new kittens.

There is a lovely garden, large kitchen and lounge.

I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom, a double room, furnished or unfurnished, photos are reference, furniture as required, I am currently using the room as a work space.

Double bed, desk, cupboard, spare screen available to use.

Shared bathroom with shower / bath.

Bill included, Cleaner every weeks, Sky TV, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime etc.

15 minute bus to Oakwood Station (Picadilly Line), 5 minute walk to Gordon Hill Station (national rail - 30 minutes to Moorgate), 5 minute bus to Enfield Town (overground - 10 minutes to seven sisters - Victoria line).

Local coffee shops, co op, nisa etc, 10 minute walk into Enfield Town with M&S, Waitrose, Next etc as well as restaurants. 10 minute walk to Forty Hall, 15 minute bus to Trent Park.
