I have 1 room available. It is a 22 squaremeter large room newly painted with king size bed, sofa and table, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair and wardrobe with double doors leading to a small balcony.

The tnew tenant will share the main bathroom with one tenant , the other tenant has her own. She also has a small dog, a Pomeranian.

There is a further toilet on the ground floor and lots of storage.

There is a garden and the property is right next to a large park, 2 train stations (Southbury Road and Enfield Town), several supermarkets, a cinama and a number of restaurants. It is also very close to a leisure centre and many large green areas are close by such as Forty Hill and Clay Hill, Crews Hill and Trent Park.
