Short term or part time room to rent

I live in a lovely house and am looking to share it part time OR short term with a lovely clean and considerate person. I have a dog so liking dogs is a must. There is the possibility of your own bathroom. Students from capel manor would find this ideal or someone who needs accommodation for a short fixed term. Also good for those required to go into the office into town for a few days a week as good connections into the city. There is off street parking. The rent is flexible depending on number of nights and duration. If you smoke it must be outside in the garden only.
