Maria and Tristan (the live-in landlords) are professional musicians working in the music industry, and Jack is a professional actor. The house has a friendly, sociable feel, and we enjoy listening to music, cooking, and occasionally heading out for salsa dancing or live music events.

While we’re all involved in the arts, the house is not a party house—it’s a relaxed and respectful home where everyone has space to unwind.
