7 minute walk to Bush Hill Park Station where you can catch the Weaver line to Liverpool St (30 mins) or Seven Sisters (10 mins - you can access the Victoria line from here).

You can also catch the 329 and W8 from nearby bus stops.

Enfield Town Park and shopping centre are a 10 minute walk away where you'll find many coffee shops and places to eat.

You will have access to a large kitchen, and dining room as well as a large garden. The bathroom and toilet will be shared.
