Double Room + Bathroom for rent

Hiii,
My name is Alice (21) and my mum (young 50’s 😝) and I are looking for a housemate!
Rent would be £650 a month + bills and a £650 deposit. My mum owns the house and I live here too!

We’re based in Enfield, North London a 10 mins walk from the train station (nearest tube is Oakwood a 20 mins bus ride) or there’s 2 other stations within a walkable distance).

The house is 3 floors and you’d have a bedroom and bathroom to yourself (double room with a bathroom) at the top and there’s another small bedroom at the top which is also the loft which we do access and then the kitchen is shared + utility room and living room.
